Serves 4-6
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- ½ cup coconut cream*
- ¼ cup raw cacoa powder
- 2 tsp 100% Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
*If you place the can of coconut cream in the fridge for ½ hour before hand so that the cream firms up, the mix becomes a bit thicker which you might like.
Steps
- Whizz all the ingredients in a blender or with a whiz stick until smooth and creamy.
- Scoop out and serve into 4-6 small glass dishes and leave in the fridge to chill and set for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with fresh berries just before serving.
