Ingredients
SERVES 1
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
zest of 1/2 lime
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 teaspoons linseed / flaxseed
2 teaspoons slivered almonds
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 serve clean protein powder
garnish with a few more frozen berries
Steps
Mix all the ingredients together and pour in to a jar.
Garnish if you’re being fancy and pop in the fridge overnight (or for a minimum of 4 hours — it’s also great for an afternoon snack if you’re working out that night).
