Serves 4-6


  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ½ cup coconut cream*
  • ¼ cup raw cacoa powder
  • 2 tsp 100% Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt

*If you place the can of coconut cream in the fridge for ½ hour before hand so that the cream firms up, the mix becomes a bit thicker which you might like.


  • Whizz all the ingredients in a blender or with a whiz stick until smooth and creamy.
  • Scoop out and serve into 4-6 small glass dishes and leave in the fridge to chill and set for at least 2 hours.
  • Garnish with fresh berries just before serving.
