Virtual Classes

Mints small virtual classes provide a convenient and flexible way to engage in guided fitness activities. Unlike traditional fitness classes that have fixed schedules, these virtual classes are pre-recorded and available on-demand. These are included in the membership.

Fitness Floor

The Mint training floor has been designed to maximise functionality and create an inviting atmosphere. It features a selection of equipment tailored for strength, functional training, and cardio exercises to help with motivation and support.

PT 30 Express – Maximum Results in Minimum Time – 30 min

This effective and efficient personal training experience is designed for clients that are short of time and have a busy schedule.

PT45 Mint Signature – lengthen & strengthen – 45 min

This session is similar to the Express but was developed for clients requiring extra core strengthening and stretching.
