This an effective and efficient 30 minute personal training experience is designed for clients that are short of time and have a busy schedule.
The affordability of these sessions allows either for more frequency. (Weekly of fortnightly)
Your time is valuable, and so is your fitness – “I’m too busy” is no longer an excuse.
In this session the trainer will expect that you warm up and stretch outside of this 30 minute session. These will programmed but not part of the session.
