Included in this programme is;
- Full membership to Mint’s 24 hour swish Fitness facility
- Five Personal Training (PT) sessions. Including a Fitness assessment and four, 30 minute weekly sessions.
- Each week will comprise of a PT session weekly with a structured week of exercise for you to follow.
- 2 x Bio-impedance analysis testing – body composition assessment to track & measure your results at the start and finish of the 4 weeks.
- One 45 minute Nutrition consult which Includes: guidelines, meal plans, shopping lists, healthy recipes, lifestyle choice (nutrition, activity & stress).
- Support from both our nutrition and PT team over the entire month.
Supplementation / botanical medicine & testing recommendations if required are additional
