A HIIT session involves bursts of maximum effort, very hard work (typically 20 – 90 seconds), followed by a period of low intensity recovery. The goal is to recover enough so that you can go hard again during your next work interval.
If you’re a beginner, your rest intervals maybe longer or work intervals may be challenging but not at maximum.
Mint’s HIIT training sessions are 30 minutes. These popular sessions although short are not sweet! They are an incredibly efficient and effective way to improve your cardiovascular fitness & burn a heap of calories without spending a ton of time in the gym.
