 Exercise Fundamentals

It takes 3,000 reps to correct bad form, learn it right.  Highly recommended for new members, or members who would like to improve their technical ability, Includes both Cardio, and strength basics while getting a dam good workout.

 Fat Burner –  Effective fat loss workouts are best paired with a nutritional plan of attack that’s filled with healthy, real foods.  Your coach will partner up with our nutritionist to ensure you meet your Fat loss goals.

Strength – No messing about strength Blast, with each four-week phase providing a different focus to keep the gains coming.

Fitness –. A regular moderate workout regimen that combined with a healthy diet will improve general appearance markers of good health such as muscle tone, healthy skin, hair and nails, while staving off lifestyle-related illness.

 Over 65s – A 60-minute class for older people wanting improved mobility and flexibility. You will work on your balance, core strength and bone density. By working on core strength, stability and flexibility, this class will help you stay mobile and enjoying life!

When you have completed a 6-week programme, try another programme that challenges your fitness with your group.
